This video workout has a special focus on triceps and lats (the upper back area). You only need very light weights (0.5-1.5kg) as we do very controlled movements and/or rotations which are very challenging.
(If you don’t have your own sets of dumbells, then you can use small water bottles or even tin cans instead!)
