A Pilates session suitable for women in their 2nd trimester
This 35 minute Pilates class is especially for pregnant women. I will lead you through safe exercises to improve your strength, maintain good posture and improve flexibility in order to keep up that good posture as your pregnancy continues. Moreover, this is a wonderful class for your well-being and knowing that you’re taking care of yourself! All you need is a mat and pillow (or Pilates block).
