Pilates is a unique form of training that strengthens your core, improves your muscle tone and posture. Pilates furthermore increases stamina and breathing while giving the body better alignment through better stability. Good stability is achieved by recruiting the smaller local muscles while giving the stronger global muscles a little time off.
A greater flexibility is achieved when Pilates is practiced over time. Flexibility is key to avoid injuries but also key for a graceful and upright body.
Pilates is a re-set of the way the body moves.
Ballet Barre is an excellent form of low intensity but intense exercise that delivers desired results.
It is The Class for toning of legs, butt, back, abdominals, shoulders and arms where light weights, bands and balls are used in high repetitions to fatigue the muscles.
This type of exercise tones and lengthens the muscles while maintaining flexibility in the body. It will even teach you to stand taller with a greater posture.
